Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding
weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will
receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note
shipping time differs from processing time.Â
Processing Delays: During high-volume periods (e.g.customer appreciation
sale , holiday ), processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Jamaica )Â
1. Local delivery is available for customers in and around Kingston. The
shipping cost differs based on location . Shipping is done by our bearers
. Ensure your contact information is up to date to avoid delays. Ship
cost ranges between 600- 1500 jmd / 4- 10usd .Â
1. Local delivery outside Kingston. We use 2 main carriers to deliver items
to the 13 parishes, knutsford express or Zipmail (the local post office .
Shipping is normally between 2-3 business days. There is a 350jmd/ 3
usd drop off fee by our bearer to either of the methods chosen.Â
International Shipping. We offer international standard shipping to United
States and some Caribbean countries through DHL . Shipping charges for
your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary
depending on the destination. Shipping is normally 3-5 business days and
starts are 35usd.Â
Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through
the carrier's website.Â
Shipping Restrictions
Po Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address
for delivery.Â
We do not ship to all countries , you can insert your country to see if we ship
there.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes
(including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination
country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are
your responsibility as the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at
orders@ttheclothingfinery.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the
carrier.
Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us
immediately at orders@theclothingfinery.com with your order number and a
photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but
will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
