1. Where are you located? 

Whilst we have a website, we have a physical location. We
are located at Shop 28 , limelight Plaza , 5-7 Hagkey Park
Road , Half Way Tree, Kingston Jamaica.
 

2. What is your opening hours?

While our website is available 24/7. Our physical store
location opens on Mondays- Saturdays 10am to 7pm. 
Closed on Sundays and major Public holidays .
If we do open on the closed days listed above, a notice will be
sent to our customers.

4. Do you accept credit card information in store ? 

Yes we do accept all major credit and debit cards in store . 
 

5. Do you offer deliveries ?

Yes we deliver worldwide through or website. For Local
deliveries (Jamacia ) the delivery option will be available
when you are checking out. You can also refer to our shipping
policy in this section.
 

6. How soon will I get my order after ordering. 

For international orders allow 1-3 business days for
processing . Shipping time varies based on your location
(see shipping section ).
 
For local orders once order is made by 5:30 pm for kingston, Spanish town or portmore then same day delivery is applicable. Orders made after or outside of business
hours will be processed the next day. 
 

Orders made outside of kingston before 5pm will beprocessed the same day or next business day depending onthe availability of the bearers as they are independent to us
. Pickup time for knutsford express

(1-2 business day) and zipmail (2 – 3 business day) varies depending on the
location and time the order was sent.
 
N.B when we have a sale items will take 1-2 business days to
process.
 
7. Do you offer refund? 

No refund ,exchange within a 2 days . If exchange meets
criteria then a store credit will be issued .
 

8. How do I track my order? 

After the order is made, you will receive a confirmation
email. When the order is processed you will receive another
email with the relevant information regarding your package.
For the bearer service within kingston/ Portmore and Spanish
town . You will receive a call indicating the time of delivery.
